IN THE spring of 1987, the Monifieth branch of the TSB involved children of primary five at Seaview Primary School in a project on banking and the use of money.
The branch assistant manager, Mr Archie Leese, talked to the pupils in the classroom and a competition was run. Our picture shows the prize-winners with Mr Leese (left) and Mr Donald Chadwick, manager. The youngsters are, from left - Caroline Farmer, Alistair Reid, Magsood Ahmad, Adam Kerr and Hilary Weaver.
