BABY MASSAGE CLASS IN CARNOUSTIE

CARNOUSTIE mums and babies can attend a four-week infant massage class at Parkview Primary Care Centre.

The class is run by Claire McLean, health visitor who is a qualified infant massage teacher.

Infant massage provides many benefits for both the baby and parent such as reducing problems with colic and constipation.

Places on these courses are limited and are targeted to those who would benefit most.
