AFTER lengthy and detailed negotiations, the Pro-Shop situated in the Carnoustie Golf Hotel has been transferred to the control of the Carnoustie Golf Links Management Committee.
The GCLMC chairman, Gordon Murray, said: "This is an important development which we are confident will contribute to the ongoing success of Carnoustie Golf Links.
"Having the Pro-Shop under our control will allow us to improve the service that we offer to the season ticket holder and visitor. And we have significant plans to expand and develop the business in the near future."
The Pro-Shop will continue to be run by head professional Colin Sinclair with the help of assistant professionals Nikki Christie and Simon Race.
