A 63-YEAR-OLD Carnoustie woman was found dead at her home yesterday (Sunday, February 7).
A police spokesman confirmed: "Tayside Police can confirm that officers attended at an address in Panbride Road, Carnoustie, at about 3.55 p.m. today (07 February) following the death of a 63-year-old woman.
"The death is being treated as suspicious and enquiries are continuing."
The spokesman added that a 60-year-old man has been arrested in relation to the death and is to appear at Arbroath Sheriff Court today (Monday, February 8).
