The principal guest was retiring Police Constable Mark Callision who also presented the awards.

Recipients were: Joint Dux of the school – Clare Paton and Jessica Blackburn and Junior Dux – Molly Gunn.

Citizenship trophies were awarded to Stephanie Barr and Robert Ritchie. Mark Callision was presented with the Andrew Welsh Cup for services to the school community.

A new award, The Andy Coogan Trophy, has been gifted to the school to recognise achievement in athletics. Andy Coogan is a long time supporter of athletics and a founder of the local Carnoustie Athletics Club and most recently had the honour of carrying the Olympic Torch.
