THE ORGANISERS of an Angus-wide arts festival are putting the finishing touches tot heir preaprations for their third annual event.

The Angus Open Studios art festival runs from May 23 to 27 and encompasses artists and artisans throughout the county. It presents an opportunity to showcase their talents.
