Broughty Ferry gets all festive next week as the town’s Christmas lights go on.

On Thursday, November 27, Santa and Dundee’s Lord Provost Bob Duncan will flip the switch and light up the town at 7 p.m.

But from 6 until 9 p.m. there will be fun for all the family with fairgrounds attractions, street entertainers, live music from Eastern Primary School Choir, Downfield Musical Society and celtic rockers Gleadhraich.

The popular event has been organised by the Broughty Ferry Traders’ Association together with sponsors Gillies and Radio Tay who will get the party started in the town centre.
