AN EXCITING new event showcasing innovations and advancements in the brickwork trade will be hosted by Angus College next week.
Anyone involved in any construction trade is invited to come along and find how they can take advantage of latest advancements from industry leader, Ibstock bricks, at the trowel trades workshop, Clova Building, on Tuesday (November 1).
Ibstock have developed many innovative products recently which are being used effectively by designers and contractors. These provide cost-effective technical solutions whilst maintaining functionality, quality and aesthetics to be maintained in brickwork detailing. Representatives from Ibstock bricks will present the new products and give live technical demonstrations of how they work.
Angus College construction curriculum manager Colin Johnson said: “In this particularly challenging time for the construction industry, events like this provide a great insight for anyone working in the trade.
“Not only is this an opportunity to find out about innovative products, but also it is a great chance to network and share best practice with other industry professionals.”
