ST VIGEANS Church is looking for local artists to set up an exhibition in the parish hall. It’s all part of the church’s plan to open its doors to visitors on Saturday afternoons throughout July and August.
The date set for the art exhibition is Saturday, August 20. Organiser Jen Muir said: “There are very few opportunities for local artists to display their work and we are keen to showcase the tremendous talent there is in this area. I would ask anyone who is interested in taking part to phone me on 01241 439136 or e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org.”
Picturesque St Vigeans Church will be open to the public from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturdays throughout July and August, with the exception of July 16 and August 6. Tea and biscuits will be served in the hall. Details are available at www.stvigeanschurch.org.
St Vigeans Museum will also be open at those times on most Saturdays.
