Carnoustie teenagers’ coffee morning

THE CULMINATION of six months of planning and effort for a group of local teenagers takes place tomorrow (Saturday) when they will hold a coffee morning at the Panmure Centre, Carnoustie, between 10 a.m. and 12 noon.

The group of 11 youngsters aged between 12 and 16 years, all of whom attend an art group at the Panmure Centre, have been working towards raising money for an outing to go ice skating and a donation to a children’s charity of their choice.

In October they got together and after many ideas being put forward they decided on the most achievable idea of a coffee morning.

Ultimately these young teens will be bringing the community together for a wee while with a cuppie and a cake and with your support hopefully reach their goals in the process.
