The East of Scotland Royal Marines Association presented two £100 cheques to local worthwhile charities last week.
The presentation took place in The Arbroath branch of The Royal British Legion last Wednesday. Recipients of the £100 cheques were Pat Brodie of Alzheimer Scotland and Flo Cruickshank of McMillan Cancer Support. The funds were raised by the former serving Royal Marines doing supermarket bag packs, coin collections at football matches and various events organised by Taff Davies who is their fundraising representative.
