Jewellery worth five figures stolen from Broughty Ferry

Police Scotland is appealing for information after over £13,000 worth of jewellery was stolen from a house in Lethnot Street, Broughty Ferry sometime between 2.30pm and 7pm yesterday evening (Tuesday, November 15).

A set of diamond earrings, a diamond ring, two ladies designer watches, two pearl necklaces with a matching set of pearl earrings, two platinum wedding rings and three gold rings were amongst the items stolen.

Anyone who was in the area at the time and saw or heard anything suspicious is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101. Alternatively information can be passed anonymously to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
