DANCERS from Carnoustie Musical Society’s Cabaret Show in the Comrie Hall, Links Avenue, next week got in some last minute practice in Sunday’s sunshine.
They are, from left, back - Hannah Cargill, Claire Smith and Kerry Mitchell: front - Jane Fenton, Kathy McCallum and Lyndsey Faulkner.
Rodger Brunton of the society said: “Tickets for Thursday and Friday are almost sold out. People got the message from last year’s show that this was something worth seeing and this year’s event is even better now that we know how the hall can be made to look like a theatre.
“The music has been great to rehearse this year. The ‘Les Miserables’ and ‘Miss Saigon’ selections especially make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up. We’ve even had rehearsal audiences in tears with the staging of the ‘Les Miserables’ sections! For the best of theatrical reasons not the worst.”
The show runs all week in the Comrie Hall and tickets are on sale in the Fobel Shop.
