Eco activity at Grange Primary

ON THE hottest March day on record, staff from Scottish and Southern Energy kindly gave an entire day’s labour as part of a community day to tidy up Jack’s garden, the nursery and playgroup gardens, planters and raised beds at Grange Primary School, Monifieth.

They also painted the fences of the orchard areas and the large raised fruit beds.

Headteacher Mrs Will said: “We are absolutely delighted to have such support and very much appreciate the time and effort the employees of Scottish and Southern Energy have given to us.”

Last year Grange Primary School was awarded Green Flag status for the school community’s work to look after the environment.
