Parents and family members were invited to Woodlands Primary School on Friday to the term Fairtrade Cafe.
The event was organised by the school’s Fairtrade committee and children from primaries one and two also took part.
They described what they are doing in their projects, shared their learning and sang songs.
Judith Connor, depute headteacher, revealed that Woodlands has just had its Fairtrade accrediation renewed for the third time.
Fairtrade tea, coffee and hot chocolate was on offer and a Fairtrade raffle was held. The event took place in the school hall.
