MEMBERS of Angus Council’s neighbourhood services committee visited the Angus Communities Recycling Opportunities Partnership (ACROP) on Wednesday to inspect the new bins which will be used by 5,000 households in Arbroath and Carnoustie.
Convener of neighbourhood services, Councillor Donald Morrison and vice-convener Councillor Jeanette Gaul visited the site on the Elliot Industrial Estate where the new containers are being stored.
The trial starts during the week commencing September 10 for some households, and from September 17 for the majority of households.
