Arbroath Town Mission’s Pastor Dave Webster said: “We ran this event last year for the first time simply to bless the community and let them know we cared and we were blown away by how many people turned up.

“We will be giving away helium balloons and party bags as well, and encourage folks to pop in and enjoy the fun.

“As with last year we are hoping for a good turnout from folks in the local community and everyone is welcome.”

Around 500 youngsters and adults came along to support the Big Community Fun Day last year.

There was something for everyone with highlights including a story corner, big screen Wii games, a variety of Easter crafts and helium balloons and party bags for everyone who attended.
