Group helps Nepalese hospital

The Friday coffeee break club donated �2,000 to the Leprosy Mision Scotland at Phillip Hall.

Carnoustie Friday Coffee Break Group welcomed Judy Robinson from Leprosy Mission Scotland who received a cheque for £2,000 to further the work of Anandaban Hospital, Nepal. Judy gave a short insight into the work of the Hospital which provides a place to heal people with Leprosy. She thanked the Coffee Break Group for their generous gift to help the Leprosy affected people in Nepal. Following the recent earthquake the money will be used to rebuild the hospital which was badly hit in the disaster. The Coffee Breakers were glad to hear there were no injuries.
