A RARE public event bringing together two artists who have helped shape Scottish popular culture has been rescheduled for Friday, December 2.
Playwright and artist John Byrne and musician Rab Noakes had been due to play at Hospitalfield last month but organisers had to cancel the date when John fell ill.
Hospitalfield Trust chair Carol Pope explained: “We are pleased to hear that John is now back to health and raring to perform at Hospitalfield on December 2.
“We are currently making contact with all those who reserved places previously and would encourage anyone seeking a place at this special event to get in touch soon.”
John Byrne, best known for ‘The Slab Boys’ and ‘Tutti Frutti’, will be ‘In Conversation’ with his old friend musician and songwriter Rab.
