A Glasgow quartet will be making their debut appearance at the next instalment of Hospitalfield’s popular jazz programme. Rose Room will be on stage at Hospitalfield House on Saturday, May 17, and consists of guitarists Tam Gallagher and Tom Watson, bassist Jimmy Moon, and Seonaid Aitken on vocals and violin.
Organiser of Jazz @ Hospitalfield Alan Steadman said: “As soon as I heard this band play, I knew they were right for Hospitalfield. Their style is that made famous by Stephane Grappelli and Django Reinhardt - a type of jazz that sounds as fresh today as it did in the 1930s.”
Tickets are £12 and can be reserved by calling 01382 774648.
