Two Monifieth sisters did just that during the last weeks of the school holidays as they danced their way around the Highland games circuit, visiting Lochearnhead, Arisaig, Skye, Dornoch and Newtonmore.
Apart from choosing the best weather of the period, they achieved some considerable success in the various competitions.

They were pleased to see the names of their father, Gareth, and their grandmother, Wilma Tolmie, engraved on several of the trophies.
