Buddon Firing Times

Live firing has been scheduled at Barry Buddon training camp throughout May.

Small arms firing will take place between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. on May 1 and 15, and between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. on May 6 and 19.

On May 2, 5 and 7 firing will take place between 9 a.m. and 11.59 p.m., while May 8 to 14, 16, 17, 23, and 26 to 31, firing will commence at 9 a.m. and cease at 4 p.m. Firing will begin at 9 a.m. and finish at 12 noon on May 18 and on the following dates will finish at 8 p.m., May 20, 21 and 22.

There will be no firing on May 3, 4, 24 and 25.

Pyrotechnics are scheduled to be discharged between 12.01 a.m. and 11.59 p.m. every day in May, with the exception of May 29 when it should finish at 4 p.m.

Members of the public are advised that although the above dates and timings are the best indication available at the time of publication, they may change. If the red flags, and or the lights are hoisted, regardless of the above formation, the public must not enter the training area.
