Dianne Stout and her husband Brian Watts organised a golf and bridge competition for the second year at Guthrie Castle on Tuesday. The event was kindly sponsored by Guthrie Castle and EQ Accountants.
The day was organised to raise money for the Indian Institute for Mother and Child, a charity which raises money and supports children and their mothers in the poorer parts of India; and also go to a Refuge for Abused Girls, also in Kolkata.
Dianne is a Soroptimist in Dundee and has become aware of both these worthwhile causes while visiting Kolkata as part of her duties as a friendship link co-ordinator with Soroptimists in Kolkata.
Brian and Dianne wish to thank both sponsors for their generosity which is greatly appreciated
