Hospitalfield Organic Produce Enterprise (HOPE) Trust held it’s annual general meeting recently.
There was a good attendance for the meeting in the Volunteer Action Angus office on August 14. Donald Morrison and Ali Kennedy were appointed new directors and June Braithwaite retired as a director. Cedric de Voil was reappointed as a director. Other directors are: Peter Phillips, Sandy Stuart, Judy Findlater, Ken Stewart, Janis Hughes and Sandra Stewart.
It was decided HOPE would become a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation and this change will take place over the coming months.
The meeting ended with a summary of Lady Eve Balfour’s award winning lecture, ‘The Living Soil’, given by Cedric de Voil.
