Friend of the Arbroath Herald Alex Carswell recently dropped this gem of a photograph into the office.
We are looking for your help to identify the smiling faces from the photo, taken in November 1960.
The image shows the ‘Mum and Me’ night of the 2nd Arbroath Scouts at the old Scout huts on Keptie Street.
Pictured in the centre of the huddle of cheeky chaps is Jock Neish, grandson of William Neish the former owner of the Tannadice estate and who the Scout Centre is named after. We have managed to put a few names to faces but want your help in picking out the rest of the boys and their mothers. We will also be putting the photograph on Facebook so please tag people there or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 01241 435772.
