MONIFIETH Amateur Dramatics (MAD) will present a traditional pantomime in their new Theatre, the former Moniifieth Royal British Legion Scotland clubrooms, next month.

They have chosen to perform ‘Dick Whittington’, always a favourite with young and old alike and have been hard at work in rehearsal for some weeks.

With a colourful cast of characters which include a dame, a baddie, a lovable rogue and many more, and lots of audience participation the show is sure to be a hit.

The first performance is on Friday, December 2, at 7.30 p.m. There are two shows the following day, Saturday, December 3, and also on Sunday, December 4, a matinee at 2.30 p.m. and the evening show at 7.30 p.m.

Performances will resume on Friday, December 9, at 7.30 p.m. and there will again be two shows, at 2.30 p.m. and 7.30 p.m., on Saturday December 10.

The final performance is at 2.30 p.m. on Sunday, December 11.
