Arbroath Town Mission is going all Mission Impossible this summer with the return of their popular kids club programme.

The exciting secret agent-themed holiday club has been named ‘Mission Rescue’ and will run next week at the Town Mission from July 6 to 10.

It will run from 10am until 12.15pm Monday to Friday and is for those going into P1 to those going into S1.

In addition to the spy theme the children will be playing games, doing crafts, learning songs, watching drama and exploring some amazing stories from the Bible book of Exodus.

Arbroath Town Mission Pastor Dave Webster said: “Last year we had 50 children attend our first annual holiday club and this year we are delighted to have 45 already registered to come.

“This year’s secret agent theme promises a great time for everyone taking part and we’re looking forward to welcoming all the children to the holiday club.”

The Mission Kids Holiday Club is being run free of charge to the community and some spaces are still available.

Those who have not yet registered are encouraged to turn up early on the Monday morning to secure a place in the scheme.

There will also be a special parents’ and awards night on Friday, July 10, at 6.30pm and a special holiday club themed all-age service on Sunday, July 12, at 11am.
