Bingo night

THE MONIFIETH Resource Centre Group is holding a bingo night tomorrow (Saturday) in the Community Cabin.

The group is trying to raise funds so Monifieth can have its own purpose built community centre as they say there is a lack of accommodation for groups in the town.

The bingo night starts at 7.30 p.m. with bingo books starting from £1.

Adventure holiday

AT WEDNESDAY’S meeting of Monifieth Rotary Club in Grange Golf Club, Monifieth, members were addressed by secretary, Alastair Martin, who spoke of his holiday following the Inca Trail, culminating in the magical feature of Machu Picchu, high in the Andes mountains.
