National Express Dundee’s 5N night bus will now serve the Douglas area of the city en route to Broughty Ferry.
The Night Owl runs in the early hours of Saturday and Sunday mornings between the city centre and Broughty Ferry, with certain journeys extending all the way to Broomhill Drive in Monifieth.
The timetable for the 5N has also been amended slightly, with buses departing from Courthouse Square in Dundee at 00.07, 01.15, 02.35 and 03.35.
National Express operations manager Paul Clark said: “The 5N is a great service for anyone who wants a good night out in Dundee or Broughty Ferry. We decided to extend the bus’s route to travel via Douglas so that more people can benefit from this service. Whether our customers are travelling home to the Ferry or heading out to the casino, the night bus offers great value, late-night travel all the way across the city.”
