The out of school clubs fun day was held in the grounds of Grange Primary School on Wednesday. The sun wasn't out but some of the children needed cooling down supplied by the local fire fighters.

GRANGE Primary School recently played host to a fun day for after-school clubs from across the area.

The 11 clubs were all part of the Angus Out of School Care Network which caters to the needs of children in the hours before and after school.

The groups gathered for their annual fun day at the school where they were entertained by Showcase the Street and Half Daft the clown.

There was also a bouncy castle, face painting, a display by the Coastguard and a Tayside Fire and Rescue fire engine was on hand for the children to explore.

l Our pictures show the children enjoying the bouncy castle, engaging in Sumo wrestling and being hosed down by their classmates after a long day of fun.
