Scout Post starts this weekend

Carnoustie Scout Group’s Christmas Post service for 2014 commences tomorrow (Saturday).

This is the group’s 30th year of running the service to the people of Carnoustie.

The shops and premises taking the boxes in Carnoustie are: Co-op; Carnoustie Library; Spar High Street; The Granary; Ravensby Newsagent; Premier Super Saver; Floor Studio; Harbour Gallery; Boots Pharmacy Dundee Street; Boots Pharmacy Barry Road; Angus Centre for Performing Arts (ACPA); For Carnoustie; The Carnoustie Country Larder; Belles; Co-op Barry Road; Kinloch Centre; and
Visions.

Boxes are also located in David Lloyds, Dobbies, Sainsbury’s and Ninewells concourse.

Cost per card is 20p.

Cards will be collected for addresses with a DD5 postcode (Broughty Ferry) and Monifieth until December 12, central Arbroath until December 18, and Carnoustie, Kellas, Newbigging, Monikie and Wellbank until
December 19.

Deliveries will be made until Christmas
