A Broughty Ferry care home has won an award for being rated in the top 20 residential homes in Scotland.
Balcarres Care Home in Broughty Ferry was recommended for the award by the residents and their families.
The home came third out of 1,272 homes in Scotland. The top 20 Scotland homes received an award from online directory and industry website www.carehome.co.uk.
Manager of Balcarres, Lynn McLean, said: “I’m delighted that Balcarres has received this carehome.co.uk award. It is made even more special by the fact residents and their families took the time to recommend the home.
“Knowing our residents and their families are happy with the care we provide is extremely rewarding. This award is a tribute to our hard-working and committed people and the excellent care they provide.”
