On Gala Day (Saturday), the visitors, led by their Mayor, will take part in the Gala Parade as well as attending at Carnoustie House grounds where Carnoustie Twinning Association will have a stall.

A visit to Stirling Castle is planned for Monday followed by some shopping.

On Tuesday the party has been invited to a reception hosted by the Provost of Angus and members of Angus Council to recognise the anniversary of the twinning arrangement before visiting the Angus Archives at Restenneth Priory where they will have the opportunity to view some of documents which are related to the Maule family.
