ARBROATH dog rescuer Ian Robb is stepping up his latest campaign to clampdown on the overbreeding of pets.
Today (Friday) he invited Nanette Milne MSP to the Angus Dog Rescue kennels at Kinaldie to discuss the problem.
In the past, Mr Robb and his team of volunteers have been overwhelmed by the amount of dogs coming into their care as a result of overbreeding.
And today the north-east MSP visited the kennels to hear about the problems they are facing while walking two whippets, Amy and Alfie, who were found abandoned on Arbroath beach last week.
Watch our video above to hear their concerns and remember to pick up your paper next week for a full report on the problem.
