CELEB spotters will be out in force this weekend as a major golf competition returns to Carnoustie.

The Dunhill Cup, which pairs professional golfers with amateurs, attracts lovers of the sport from the worlds of sport, show business and industry.

Playing over the Carnoustie, St Andrews and Kingsbarns links courses the level of talent on show is expected to be high.

Tomorrow (Thursday) a host of stars are set to tee off at Carnoustie. From the world of golf – Rafa Cabrera-Bello, 9 a.m.; Ernie Els, 9.22; Louis Oosthuizen, 9.33; Colin Montgomerie, 10.06; Padraig Harrington, 10.39 and Darren Clarke 11.23.

Celebrity golfers teeing off tomorrow are: Sir Steve Redgrave, 10.04; Oscar Pistorius, 10.06; Michael Phelps, 10.17; Bill Murray, 10.50; Huey Lewis, 11.01; Greg Kinnear, 11.01 and Brian Lara, 11.23.
