Carnoustie's Katy McNicoll won the scratch medal in the qualifying round for the St Andrews Junior Ladies' Open Golf Championship on Monday.
She headed the 16 qualifiers into the knock-out stages of the tournament for the Golf Monthly Trophy with a round of 68 over the Strathtyrum Course.

Katy was joined in the first match-play round by her fellow Carnoustie Ladies' member Fiona Blair.
