Saturday's McBookie.com Super League clash between Carnoustie Panmure and Penicuik Athletic was all over within the first 20 minutes as individual errors opened the door for the visitors, who were only too happy to accept their invitations to score.
Carnoustie started well and posed problems for Penicuik in the opening minutes, however the start went badly wrong in three crazy minutes as Keith Lough helped himself to goals on 13 and 15 minutes before Ryan McCallum made it three on 16 minutes.
Carnoustie pulled a goal back on 17 minutes when Pat Smith seized on a great ball from Bob Urquhart.
Unfortunately, Penicuik continued to run riot and Craig Hume made it 4-1 just after the half hour and then Wayne Sproule made it 5-1 on 36 minutes.
The shell-shocked Carnoustie side came out for the second half looking determined to restore some pride but the visitors, quite rightly, were happy for the home side to have possession but shut the door when they came near the goal.
