AMONG those successful in the past week at Carlogie Dam was R. Ferguson, Forfar, who caught five fish, returned three and kept two weighing 8lb, all caught on buzzers.
Other catches included A. Lawrie, Arbroath, caught six, returned four and kept two weighing 4lb 4ozs on various lures; W. Thompson, Dundee, caught four, returned two and kept two weighing 4lb 8ozs on lures; Dave West, Broughty Ferry, caught four returned two and kept two weighing 3lb 8ozs on lures; Jim Wood, Broughty Ferry, caught seven returned five and kept two weighing 4lbs on various lures; H. Finlay, Monifieth, caught and kept one weighing 2lb 2ozs on a lure.
Jim Tait, Forfar caught three, returned one and kept two weighing 4lbs on lures; Dave Simpson, Forfar, caught eight, returned six and kept two weighing 7lb 4ozs all on lures; M. Clark, Forfar, caught and returned 10 on lures; Colin Cameron, Dundee, caught and returned six all on buzzers; Dave Roy, Barnhill, caught and returned five on buzzers; Frank Ferrier, Arbroath, caught and returned four on a montana nymph.
Chris Cooper, Dundee, caught and returned four all on buzzers; A. Dickson, Dundee, caught and returned six on small wet flies; Dave Thoms, Carnoustie, caught and returned seven all on buzzers. E. Coots, Dundee, caught and returned three all on lures; Dave Mahoney, Dundee, caught and returned eight all on a bloodworm.
