Scotland success for Nathan

BROUGHTY Ferry’s Nathan Gevers (pictured above) and two fellow members of Dundee City Aquatics Diving helped Scotland to victory in the inaugural Celtic Novice Cup held recently at Bangor, Wales.

Nathan (13) competed in the boys’ 14 to 16 years age group, Ryan Jennings (7), boys’ eight to nine years, and Ryan Bruce (11), boys’ 12 to 13 years.

Over 60 young male and female divers took part in the two-day tri-nations competition won by Scotland with 451 points. Wales were second with 429, and Ireland third with 426.
