Britain’s Got Talent dance stars Twist and Pulse met with junior dance crews from across Angus last weekend in a series of workshops organised by Scottish dance charity Showcase the Street.
Twist and Pulse (aka Ashley Glazebrook and Glen Murphy) met the youngsters while putting them though their paces at the Showcase the Street dance studios in Arbroath.
Following the workshop and Q&A sessions, the local dance crews had the opportunity to perform for the Britain’s Got Talent duo.
Chairman of Showcase the Street Fergus Storrier said: “wWithin our own charity we use sport and dance to develop the skills and confidence of young people. We reach over 2,000 participants every week right across Scotland and that number will increase as we expand our activities in other areas across Scotland.
“We are delighted that we have attracted international talent Twist and Pulse to host these workshops for our youngsters. This is a unique and very special opportunity for our dancers.”
Twist added: “we are so impressed with these guys - their commitment to their weekly classes and their determination to perform shines through in their performance. We are delighted to be in Arbroath working with these young people. They are stars in the making. Perhaps we’ll see them on Britain’s Got Talent one day.”
