Stewart Milne Homes North Technical has applied for the erection of 45 dwellinghouses and associated works including formation of access roads, open space, landscaping and associated infrastructure at land at Montrose Road, Arbroath.

Gianni Giacomini has lodged an application on behalf of Martin Johnstone for a single-storey rear extension to form bedroom at 14 Sycamore Path, Arbroath.

Savills is seeking permission on behalf of Southesk Estate for the installation of a solar photovoltaic array (indicatively 18.5 MW) and ancillary works at land east of Arrats Mill, Arrat, Brechin.

Garry Adam Chartered Architects has applied on behalf of Manuel & Chamila Brieske for the erection of a dwellinghouse on land to south west of Mains of Hedderwick, Mains Of Hedderwick, Montrose.

Historic Environment Scotland has lodged an application on behalf of OBO Scottish Ministers for the siting of a storage container at visitor centre, Edzell Castle, Edzell.
